2)Extract the file using winrar.[download it from here]
3)Open the file using Utorrent.[download it from here]
4)Finish downloading..install[it may take time]
5)After installing.download the crack and copy&paste it into the game folder
6)Instead of starting the game from UPLAY.exe shortcut..use the AC3SP.exe
7) enjoy
